Everything MUSE publishes for a product — the user manual, the leaflet and the CE certification — is linked in the Downloads section at the bottom of that product’s page. Start there; most questions are answered in the manual.
Warranty
[To be confirmed — warranty period and terms need to be set before launch.] Products bought from MUSE South Africa carry a local warranty, handled here rather than by shipping units back to Europe. To claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and the model number, and we will advise on the next step.
The model number is printed on the product and on the box, and takes the form M-360 BT or MT-118 AT. It is worth keeping the box: for some products the serial number and certification details are printed on it.
Spares and accessories
Replacement parts — turntable styli, power adaptors, cables, remotes — are sourced through us from the manufacturer. Availability varies by model and age, so contact us with the model number and we will confirm what can be supplied and the lead time.
Common questions
My Bluetooth speaker will not pair
Most MUSE speakers enter pairing mode automatically when switched on with nothing previously connected, and indicate this with a flashing LED. If the speaker was last paired to another device, that device may be reconnecting silently — switch its Bluetooth off and try again. Failing that, clear the pairing list using the procedure in the manual.
Which turntables have a built-in phono stage?
The turntables we carry are designed to connect straight to powered speakers or an amplifier’s line input, and the micro systems are self-contained. Check the Connections section on the product page for the specific outputs on a given model.
Is the stylus replaceable?
Yes on all turntable models we carry, and several ship with a spare in the box. The In the box section on the product page lists what is included.
Do the TV headphones work with any television?
The wireless TV headphone sets connect via 3.5 mm, RCA or optical depending on the model, and include the adaptors listed under In the box. Check that your television has one of those outputs, and note that some sets output audio only when the internal speakers are disabled.
