Orders over R650 qualify for free delivery to South African major centres. Below that, standard delivery is a flat R95.

Door-to-door courier
Our primary delivery partner is The Courier Guy, which delivers across South Africa.
Orders over R650 are eligible for free delivery when the destination falls within a “major centre”, as classified by our courier partner. Deliveries to outlying areas carry additional costs.
Major centres: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Johannesburg, Mbombela (Nelspruit), Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Pretoria.
Outlying areas: Beaufort West, Bethal, George, Harrismith, Kimberley, Klerksdorp, Ladysmith, Newcastle, Modimolle (Nylstroom), Potchefstroom, Richards Bay, Upington, Vryburg, Welkom, eMalahleni (Witbank) and any area not listed above.
Every shipment includes package tracking so you can follow your delivery.
What happens after you order
- We process your order as soon as your payment has cleared.
- We pack it and book a collection with our delivery partner. If this happens before midday, the courier collects the same day; after midday, it collects the next business day.
- We email you the tracking details. A waybill number from The Courier Guy can be tracked on their website.
- Major centres should receive their parcel within 2–3 business days. Outlying areas may take a little longer, as some couriers use third-party carriers, which can also delay tracking updates.
Urgent deliveries
If you need an order urgently, you are welcome to arrange your own courier collection from our branch. That gives you full control over the service provider and delivery times. Goods are released once payment is reflecting.
